This policy applies when you visit the lkzAi website, create or use an account, contact us, or use our publisher monetization services. It describes the information we handle in those situations and the choices available to you.

Publishers that use lkzAi technology on their own sites are responsible for their own privacy notices and for obtaining any consent required from their visitors.

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, company, and the information you provide when you contact us.
• Payment information needed to make publisher payouts, such as bank account or PayPal details.
• Technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and activity on our website or platform.
• Cookie and similar technology data collected when those technologies are used on our website or platform.
• Partner information received from publishers, advertising partners, and service providers for reporting, performance measurement, and service quality.

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and support our website, platform, and monetization services.
• Create and manage accounts, process payouts, and maintain business records.
• Measure performance, prepare reports, troubleshoot problems, and improve our services.
• Respond to requests and send service, account, and policy updates.

Our website and platform may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to keep services working, remember settings, understand use, and measure performance. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although some parts of the service may then work differently.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms and other parts of our services from bots, spam, and abuse. When Turnstile runs, Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, and the sitekey and website origin. Cloudflare uses these signals to provide the security check and improve Turnstile's bot-detection capabilities, not to identify, profile, or target individuals.

Our platform includes AI-powered features, including Kaz and other tools that let publishers interact with the services using natural language. To provide these features, we send submitted text and instructions, together with relevant contextual information, to third-party AI inference providers. The provider may vary depending on the feature, model, and operational requirements.

Our paid API agreements require these providers to process the information only to return the requested output and operate standard abuse-monitoring functions. They do not use lkzAi data to train their models and retain it only as needed for those purposes, although specific retention terms vary by provider.

We may separately use de-identified data derived from interactions with AI-powered features to train, fine-tune, or evaluate our own machine-learning models. We use this data only to improve the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our services, not for advertising targeting, audience profiling, or behavioral advertising.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our website or platform. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
